From the South: Take I-91 North to Exit 2, Brattleboro. Take left off ramp onto Rt. 9. Take 2nd left onto Cedar St. and follow to the end. Take left onto Rt. 30, follow for approx. 20 minutes to the center of Townshend. Take right onto Rt. 35. Follow for 2 miles, take right onto Easthill Rd. Take 1st left onto Deer Valley Rd. Then 1st right onto Maggie Ladd Rd; it is labeled by a street sign. Don't take any unmarked roads! (Maggie Ladd Rd. is our driveway).

From the North: Take I-91 South to Exit 6. Take right off ramp onto Rt. 5. Follow into Bellows Falls and take a right onto Rt. 121 to Cambridgeport. Take a left onto Rt. 35 South. Follow for several miles, take left onto Deer Valley Rd., and take a hard right onto gravel road. (still Deer Valley Rd.) Follow ½ mile up long steep hill, at top, take left onto Maggie Ladd Rd; it is labeled by a street sign. Don't take any unmarked roads! (Maggie Ladd Rd. is our driveway).
